![]() ![]() I wanted to go to the web page gateway and reset the router because broadband dropped, and when I do it accepts to old router password but indicates the model of the new router in the system information. ![]() Not using wifi on that router, but those who do, can connect using that same old password.don't get it. (Edited per community guidelines) that password is so you can connect to wifi. Why does the gateway operate on the old password? A Technician came out and denounced me when I said the connection was too slow, they told me I was using the wrong password. But the new router has a new name and password listed on it. It accepts the old password from the yellow sticker. Well when I go to restart broadband from the computer on the Gateway page, the prompt wants a password. Hi, At&t contractors showed up and switched the router from u-verse to current. ![]()
